All our print and card orders are posted out first class within 2-3 working days, Via Royal mail, Our framed prints are posted via hermes and are tracked, we keep our postage prices low and will always work with you to replace items lost in the post, items bought either full price or using the promotional codes where a discount has been applied will be issued with a replacement only, No refunds will be given.

We do always get proof of postage or tracking information for all parcels.
